Breakfast is ok gor the price of the room
Long walk from Eivissa, a bike or moto is needed if you don't want to wait for the bus which passes every hour in front of the hotel. Internet rate for WIFI is not 1€ per hour as stated on booking, it is 2€ per hour.
The staff at the Lux Isla are the most helpful I've ever encountered. We were stranded there for 'volcano week' and they did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable: kept the room vacant even though the hotel was booked; reduced the rates; gave us free drinks; scoured the internet looking for flights, trains, ferries and buses; and were always positive. I cannot praise the staff enough. If you have the option, stay at the Lux Isla. There's also a really good Italian restaurant in the next village, Jesus, which is about a 10 min walk - it's called Carpe Diem, which seemed appropriate given our situatiuon.
fantastic staff, extremely helpfull and friendly with excellent use of english. Good breakfast too.
would have been nice to have a small swimming pool but not essential for our winter break. Also we forgot our reading books and there was only 3 'thriller' books to choose from.
Nice staff, modern room, good breakfast
I loved the location although better sign-age to find the hotel would have been good. Great breakfast. Clean rooms.
There was a slight diminishing in the mood of the staff as our 2 day stay went on. Also, the walls are made of paper as we had people in the room next door come home late and make plenty of noise breaking your sleep and making us upset.
The hotel is near supermarket, bus stop for Ibiza and the beach of Talamanca. The price is correct. L'Hotel non è male ed ogni stanza ha un suo terrazzino con tavolino e sedie, perfetto per una cenetta a lume di candela.
The Breakfast is small and some food are poor. La colazione non credo sia molto gradita agli italiani. (Niente biscotti, fette biscottate, nutella o altri cioccolati spalmabili)
The hotel is located within walking distance of Pacha side of Eivisa, the Talamanca Beach with some good restaurants. Friendly hotel staff. Rooms are super clean.
At first we expected the room to be a bit larger, but soon it felt like home. Breakfast is extensive, but not many vegetarian options.
The service at this 2 star hotel is exceptionally good - management, reception, cleaning and bar. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of fresh fruit, cereal, breads, bacon and eggs. We had a large balcony looking over the gardens of nearby villas and to the countryside. It was quiet, cool and relaxing. Nice bathroom - looks new its so clean.
There are tables and chairs outside but it would be nice to have some outdoors furniture where you could relax, read your book and have a drink.
The breakfast was great; lots of options, better than lots of other "more expensive" hotels I've been before.
The reception staff was very blunt.
Fantastic hotel came highly recommended and did not disappoint in the slightest, would definitely use this hotel on my next trip to Ibiza.
is basic but ok, breakfast is poor, rooms really clean, great location, afternoon/ night time staff great, woman who owns it is a bit barmy.talamanca and ibiza are so good that you can stay anywhere and have a good time.Hotel is ok as a base and your not expecting to much.
This was our third visit to the hote an we were treated like old friends returning. Plenty of choice at breakfast, an inexpensive bar, and only 5 minutes from the beachand a1/2 hour stroll into Ibiza town. Would certainly stay there again and recommend it.
Could do with better products in the bathroom.
Good position, overall good quality/price ratio
Staff were like an extended member of your family, very pleased to see you and very helpful, great little place, 3 min walk to the beach
This is a gem of a hotel in a good location with an easy walk into Ibiza Town. I have nothing but praise for the friendly hosts who were very helpful. I had a superior room which was well equipped and very comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice, hot and cold. Ideal for a winter break and would be fine in the summer if you were not bothered about the lack of a pool, being a short walk to the beach.
